bf/gf
Yeah, I watched it. Call me naïve but I’m jologs like that. Hahaha! It’s a Cinderella story, rich boy meets poor girl and they fell in love, the catch is, she’s his best friend’s girlfriend. I love Marian Rivera in this movie. I’m not a big fan of Marimar, I’ve only seen her in few episodes of it, unlike my parents and my sister who’ll totally shut up when Marimar is on tv. I love the way she gave life to her character. Of course she has to show her dancing prowess in the movie, the Marimar dance is a given, but I love it when she did the kagat labi dance. That’s a classic! I never find Richard to be that good looking till this movie. He looks ruggedly handsome in this movie. He rides a Ducati and he drives an Audi… come on! Hehehe! Ok, maybe it’s the gadget that made him look desirable in my eyes. Hahaha! Erase erase! Back to the movie, I think its one of the better Filipino movies. I actually think it’s the best valentine movie of GMA films that I’ve seen. There were a few corny/kill me now scenes, but that’s forgivable for a Pinoy movie. One thing though, there were able to clearly show the difference in social status between the 2 characters (Grace and Evo), but they did not explain how she (Grace) became his (Evo) best friend’s (Mark) girlfriend. It was obvious in the movie that its impossible for their paths to cross since they live in different world. But like I said, its forgivable. Overall I liked it, I recommend it and I will surely watch it, again with my mom and lil sister. I liked it so much that I watched it at SM North The Block. That Cinema is so cold. Literally freezing cold. My ass was freezing and my knee cant stop trembling. Still thumbs up Direk Mark Reyes and Marian Rivera.
